Anita Barone

Barone appeared as Gail Cunningham (a chef) in The Shoes of Seinfeld, the episode from season 4. She wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was also a part-time cast member on Carol & Company, starring alongside Carol Burnett in the early 1990s. Barone additionally played the role of the ex-wife of Geller's character, Carol Willick, during her first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends to pursue a role which required longer time. Barone was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the initial season (1995-1996) and in The War at Home from 2005 to 2007. In 2000 Barone was also a co-star on the sitcom Daddio. Other television credits for Barone include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received an award for the Best Supporting Actress Award from Methodfest 2005 for her role she was as the character One Last Ride. Barone has a recurring part of Shake It Up on Disney Channel, which began the following year, three years after The War at Home had concluded. She plays Officer Georgia Jones who is the mother of CeCe Jones played by Bella Thorne. Barone's husband actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who was the husband of the character played by Barone.
