Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films typically horror films and martial arts. Similar to The Cinema Snob in that she likes action-oriented films that are dumb. The reviews began in late 2009; following her rise to fame (under the old name Obscurus-Lupa), Allison Pregler became part of Channel Awesome's family. Beginning in early 2015, she joined the channel while Obscurus Lupa Presents changed to Movie Nights. The podcasts she hosts cover the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. You can watch it here and here. Also, you can find them on her Twitter and Tumblr account. Allison can make you want to know more? She can be seen kicking in the sex on the screen as Interpol Ninja Cheetah Lee on Ninja the Mission Force. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was also her first film. In late 2009 she began to review movies, and gained popularity in Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome forums. She was then accepted into the group of film critics. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She was part the team of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
