Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and my jolly dad Henry. Most people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I record my personal life: highs, lows, and everything inbetween. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. When I realized that I had the potential to achieve a better future I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. My goals were set as follows: I'd study at university, land a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase an apartment. The life I had imagined for myself was not what it turned into. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. Even though the compensation and the status was great, I didn't feel like the work was satisfying. Instead I felt that I was simply spending my time. I possessed a love of exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. I strive to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, pursue their passions and live the life of your dreams. My career exploded as I experienced the greatest success in my entire life. My mother died just as my career took off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over and she rests in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and mind. We can learn a lot from the world, even if we may not be able to recognize it right now. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to start her new journey. I got my second chance at living the life of a fulfilled and happy. When I reach my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I am living my life now, rather than just existing just like I did previously. My life is shared to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences in order to let you be aware that you're not alone, for you to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. I hope that you live life to your best and never have regrets when it comes to the end of your life. Death is our only assurance in this the world.
